Ignorance is a kind of darkness that emerges with thousands of vices and faults. To eradicate only one of these vices requires a long period, instead there is no guarantee for that. There is only one way to eradicate it that is the lamp of the knowledge to be illuminated widely. On illuminating, the dense darkness of the ignorance will disappear and a new morning will start blinking. Hence, when the Islam was introduced in Mecca by Mohammad (SAW), first the issues related to educational and writing system were discussed…

While at that time the Arabs were involved in such worst activities that needed to be first uprooted. The whole community differed in all the matters together. Having partner and worshiping idols hit its peak. Oppressions, tyranny flourished everywhere and animalism, brutality was on the full rise. Nudity, scurrility, obscenity, shamelessness lured the people. The point is to be attentively noted that none of these dangerous vices was mentioned in the first dispatch (Wahy) but in it its place writing and education were first emphasized, because all the evils emerge from the ignorance and the knowledge is only the fountain that causes many good things to come out. Hence the need of the knowledge is at the primary.  When the knowledge flourishes in a society, it removes all the evils that are the outcome of ignorance.

To fulfill this needed gap, Moulana Abdul Qayyum established Madrasa Anwarul Uloom that was known as the best Centre for Hifz. Now, it is the dire need of the time that it should play its predetermined and planned role in the field of modern and religious education. For the Alimiyat and Ifta (being expert in jurisprudence) with the kindergarten and primary has been started that contain on homilies and modern subjects.
